- Requesting and receiving all information and documents required to complete your transaction
- Telephone support during the process
- Preparation of all documents including one set of mortgage documents
- In-person or videoconference meeting to answer your questions and sign all necessary documents
- Reporting to you and your mortgage lender after closing
USUAL DISBURSEMENTS (TOTAL APPROXIMATELY $595):
- Title search
- Execution search
- Administrative costs (faxes, couriers, third-party software charges, certified cheques or wires, etc.)
AMOUNTS CHARGED BY THIRD PARTIES:
- Land Transfer Tax (based on value and location of property; rebate available for first-time buyers)
- Government fee of $77.31 for each transfer and mortgage to be registered on title
- Title insurance premium (required by your mortgage company, cost of premium depends on value of property)

RESIDENTIAL SALE
INCLUDED IN OUR QUOTED FEE:
- Requesting and receiving all information and documents required to complete your transaction
- Telephone support during the process
- Preparation of all documents including discharge of one mortgage
- In-person or videoconference meeting to answer your questions and sign all necessary documents
- Reporting to you and following up with your mortgage lender to confirm discharge of your mortgage(s) after closing
USUAL DISBURSEMENTS
(TOTAL APPROXIMATELY $460):
- Title search
- Administrative costs (faxes, couriers, third-party software charges, Law Society Levy, certified cheques or wires, etc.)

- More than one mortgage
- Removing notices of security interests from title (e.g., furnace, hot water heater
contracts, etc.) - Holding and disbursing funds in matrimonial disputes
